Shipping & Handling Policy

We take great care in packing each order, so your handcrafted piece arrives safely.

Order Processing
We do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

 

Shipping Methods
The shipping carrier and delivery method are selected based on the details of your order. Because carriers and methods can vary, transit times are not guaranteed and may differ depending on your location.

A tracking number will be provided whenever available so you can follow your order’s progress.

 

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping & Handling Costs
Our shipping and handling fees include not only the carrier’s charges but also the cost of packaging materials and labor to safely prepare your order.

Shipping rates are based on your order’s total weight:

  • Under 1 lb – $7.95
  • Under 2 lb – $9.95
  • Under 3 lb – $11.95
  • 3 lb or more – $13.95

Free Shipping
Orders totaling $50 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping and handling.

 

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations are not available at this time.

 

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in our handmade creations and want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Each of our creations is handmade and may vary slightly from piece to piece.

 

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless a refund has been pre-approved by Thunder Mansion Creations.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • We made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping.
  • Your item is defective or does not function as intended.

Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@ThunderMansion.com

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the damaged item(s)
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Whether the shipping box or container was also damaged
  • Photo(s) clearly showing the problem

Return Approval

  • Items may not be returned without prior approval.
  • Thunder Mansion Creations will determine whether the product must be returned before a refund is processed.
  • If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label along with package size and weight limits. 

Packaging Responsibility

You are responsible for securely packaging your return. If a larger or heavier box is used than the provided shipping label allows, the additional shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days after the refund is approved, or we receive all returned items. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, processing may have begun and cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@ThunderMansion.com and include your order number.

Once the cancellation window has passed, the order will continue to be processed and cannot be cancelled.

 

Order Changes

We cannot modify existing orders after they have been placed. If you wish to change an order, please cancel it within the cancellation window and place a new order with the correct details.

Please wait until we confirm that your original order has been cancelled before submitting a new one.
